Belgian Fries

Belgian fries are unique in both their preparation and serving style. To create a fry that is crunchy and golden on the outside and deliciously soft and fluffy on the inside, our hand-cut Belgian fries are first blanched and then allowed to come to room temperature before being flash fried to order. All of our potatoes are grown in New England by family owned and operated farms. At Fritz, our customers health is of the highest importance, so we now cook our fries in trans-fatty acid free oil!

Panini (Pa-nee-nee)

Panino is the Italian version of a sandwich, but the term has become synonymous with grilled and pressed stuffed Italian breads. Bread quality and style is critical in making the perfect panino, therefore we use a carefully selected Italian ciabatta (chia-bat-ta) bread with a crisp crust and soft, porous texture to build our panini. All of our panini can also be served in a grilled wrap.
